Hello!
I have been fascinated by the miracle of pregnancy and birth since middle school; I remember being so fond of the birth chapters of my biology textbooks, constantly reading them over and over again.
After I graduated high school, I knew I wanted to go on to study midwifery so I started my journey as a nursing student.
And then, I got married. And then, I got pregnant...
And motherhood transformed me from a fascinated student of birth to a reverent knower.
My deep respect for birth has inspired me to train in various roles to offer the quality, personalized care families deserve and I've been honored to work as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor.
At the heart of it all, I am called to this work simply as answering a life-long call to promote, support and protect the natural birth process that is the foundation to thriving families.
My goal is to not only help families gain the practical knowledge they need navigating our current birth culture, but remind them of the power they already possess.
